He answered all of her questions and guided us through the inspection process and then recommended a very good firm to make some necessary repairs. Once we identified Snoqualmie Pass, WA. as the area we wanted to be, we explored around on our own, met Scott and then returned to Ohio. Scott continued the search and went out and looked at each property, plus a few more that he knew of that were about to be listed. He walked the properties personally and sent numerous photos. His local knowledge of water rights, building permits, easements, and otherwise, is excellent. The best thing I can say is he treats your next property as if it was his own!
